Minister Golic told SRNA that this “lex specialis” was sent to other Ministries for consideration, and that it might be before Parliament in the form of a draft at the next session.
“This is a lex specialis for determining the general interest and expropriation, which was incomplete, for the sake of building a system for natural gas transportation,” Golic said.
She said that this bill, which was prepared in cooperation with the Republika Srpska Office for Geodetic and Property-Legal Issues and the Republika Srpska Public Defender’s Office, was discussed today at a meeting with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik.
“Priorities were analysed from the road map for execution of energy projects in Republika Srpska as part of the Southern Stream project,” Golic said.
She said that the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology is tasked with issuing all necessary construction permits after the expropriation, and that there was also word at the meeting today about sites for the construction of power plants which would be built for the needs of the Southern Stream natural gas pipeline.
The regular meeting on preparations for the construction of the Republika Srpska section of the Southern Stream natural gas pipeline with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik was also attended by Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic, Finance Minister Zoran Tegeltija, and the Minister of Energy and Mining, Zeljko Kovacevic.
