Radojicic said he cannot comment on the agreement reached by the HDZ BiH and the SDA on the principles for implementing the decision until he learns tomorrow at a meeting in Banjaluka with a delegation from the HDZ BiH if there is a complete proposal.
“If there is agreement, not in principal, but a concrete proposal, then maybe the meeting in Brussels might open some prospects,” Radojicic said.
According to him, if some political parties or political party leaders reach agreement, the question is if there is a sufficient majority in the BiH Parliament.
“Everything depends on whether a complete agreement was reached. If not, then the trip to Brussels is probably doomed to fail. If it was reached, all details should be reviewed, including how much it suits Republika Srpska,” Radojicic said.
Officials of the HDZ BiH and the SDA on Thursday in Sarajevo reached agreement on the principles for implementing the Sejdic-Finci decision, the most important being that one people cannot elect the political representatives of another.
A meeting of BiH political party leaders and officials is scheduled for October 1 in Brussels and it will be hosted by the EU Enlargement Commissioner, Stefan Fule.
