He said that there is no need to go before Parliament because of the
resignation of the Cabinet in order to begin consultations as soon as
possible about a new Cabinet, where some of the present Ministers will
remain.
“I believe that tomorrow a Cabinet session will be called and that
it will be held on Wednesday, February 27, after which this mechanism
will be activated,” said Dodik, who is also the leader of the SNSD.
Dodik did not want to mention the names of the future ministers,
stressing that the mandatary will announce the names of the new
ministers in consultations with political parties taking part in the
government.
“The coalition with the SP and the DNS remains,” Dodik said.
He said that it was concluded at the meeting that a new atmosphere
and new momentum are needed which should eliminate the negative
connotations and speculations in connection with the present Cabinet.
Dodik said that he is on friendly terms with Dzombic and that they
stand together behind everything that will be done, without any
tensions.
He added that Dzombic is an important man for the SNSD and that the party will seek solutions for his future engagement.
