“That is a non-governmental organisation which
indeed has been very ‘vocal’ in our area, but I wouldn’t like to comment
on its achievements outside the country,” said Radojičić.
In a letter sent to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, the World
Congress of Bosniaks asks the UN to declare July 11”the day of
remembrance for Srebrenica genocide victims.”
The letter, which was drafted by Mustafa Cerić and Haris Hromović,
reads that “the Holocaust Remembrance Day, January 27, has just been
observed” and that “the unfortunate Serbian concert at the General
Assembly, which took place on January 14, has again prompted the mankind
to always be alert and be able to warn of the future threats of mass
crimes.”
