According to him, Prosecutions and Courts must give orders to police
so that they might continue their operations and not violate
regulations.
“Support from some other institutions for police is mostly lacking,
and this why we are not happy. Police today are a service to judicial
institutions,” Cadjo said and expressed the conviction that the
structural dialogue will produce a better situation in the judicial
system.
He said that the support from intelligence-security structures in BiH is also lacking.
Cadjo reiterated that a draft law on the provenance of property,
sponsored by the SDS, is in contravention to the provisions of the
Republika Srpska Constitution and international conventions.
Republika Srpska Police director Gojko Vasic says that other
institutions cannot follow the capacities of the Republika Srpska
Interior Ministry.
“Our prosecutions and courts would have to accept quicker solutions
offered by a new concept for criminal proceedings,” Vasic said.
