BiH Prosecution halted investigation against 455 persons!
SARAJEVO- The BiH Prosecution has informed the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry of an order to halt investigations against 455 persons suspected of war crimes committed in the Silos Tarcin, May 9 Elementary School, Krupa, Igman and Hrasnica prisoner of war camps where Serbs were killed in the period May 1992-January 27, 1996, SRNA has learned from sources close to the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry.
On September 5, 2005, the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry filed a
report on crimes against humanity and the values protected by
international law from Chapter 17 of the BiH Constitution, and filed
criminal charges on February 25, 1998.
The BiH Prosecution issued indictments against eight persons for
joint criminal enterprise in reference to war crimes, and the persons
whose investigations are halted were their accomplices in the commission
of war crimes.
All persons whose investigations are halted were accomplices to all eight accused who are being tried by the BiH Court.
The Prosecution halted the investigation against, among others,
Refik Tufo, the main organiser of the illegal detention and physical
torture of Serbs in Tarcin, Pazaric and surrounding villages, Enver
Dupovac, who was an accomplice in mass arrests of Serbian civilians, as
well as against Milan Bozic, Mensur Covic, Salko Gosto, Muhamed
Turcinovic aka Zeko, Zulfikar Alispago aka Zuka, Nezir Fiso, Vahid
Aladjuz, Enes Kazic, Mustafa Gegaj, Emir Oputa, Edhem Tiro and Hidajet

SRNA has learned that the Republika Srpska Prosecution filed a
complaint to the decision of the said prosecutor to halt the
investigations, asking that the BiH Chief Prosecutor order the
investigations resume.
